Underline  (co-curated with Jenny Baines)  re-imagines urban space, addressing ‘sense-of-place', its impact on ‘sense-of-self’ and by extension community, through artist intervention. It proposes that this can produce creative and collective engagement, creating an enhanced ‘sense-of-ownership’. Its form facilitates participatory and co-produced activity, through interlinking film & performative initiatives, in over-looked public locations, suggesting that this re-purposing can allow something new to occur.
